Now tell us all about you. What sort of personality are you?: I can be fairly shy in social situations; you'll find me in the kitchen at parties. However once I know people I am outgoing and loving; and in a debate I'm never afraid to put my point of view, although I always respect others opinions. Presently I am very lonely as I'm getting over a broken heart -- but that is healing rapidly, and with the correct help I'm sure would soon be totally cured. All I need to do is find the right man.
What are your interests and hobbies?: I enjoy reading and writing, and going out (or staying in) with pleasant company. I also like swimming in my local gym, always taking in the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. I very rarely watch television, but I love going to the cinema or the theatre. I have a pretty eclectic taste in films and plays. I enjoy shopping for clothes -- when I can afford them -- and gentle walking; as long as the walking does not include mountains and wild animals.

Preferably but not essentially taller than me – oh and he needs to be reasonably fit, because I am really quite active at times. I suppose he ought to be within the age range of 45 to 60 although why I'm not quite sure, I don't rule out those on either side of these barriers. I feel I ought to add good sense of humour at everyone's idea of humour is different. However he will have to be intelligent, although not necessarily well educated; as education and intelligence are not necessarily the same thing.

Whereabouts do you live? Are you looking for the girl/boy-next-door or will you travel to the ends of the earth for the right person?: I live in Cardiff, the capital of Wales, although I am not Welsh. I would travel to the ends of the earth for the correct man. But long-distance relationships are difficult, not to mention expensive to maintain. So preferably you will at least live in the same hemisphere, dare I say on the same island?
